Vale Mills mixed Housing Scheme

The Scheme comprised the conversion and renovation of two disused early 20th Century textile mills to form twelve flats for rent, together with the construction of twenty one new-build town houses for sale on a shared-ownership basis, on behalf of Derwent Housing Association based in Derby City.

Budget & Final Costs

The scheme was completed on time in 1989 and to the budgeted Contract Value of £750,000, including comprehensive external works and landscaping.
